Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us at jacksonkrabill@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Returns for fit or change of mind
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as possible.

Sizing
Fit varies by item, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
