How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared in 1-3 business days, then arrive in 7-12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every order within the US. We only ship to US addresses for now.

Why does delivery take 7-12 business days?

Our pieces are made by manufacturing partners overseas and shipped to you directly from them. It keeps prices low, but it's slower than a US warehouse, so we'd rather tell you up front.

How do I find my size?

Fit varies by item, so check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you're between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Contact us with your height, weight and usual size and we'll help.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the item. See our returns policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you don't need to send anything back.

My package hasn't arrived. What now?

Check your tracking link first. If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
